An oyster and wine bar on Fillmore, with a raw bar running from local and Maine oysters — served with house-fermented serrano hot sauce — to mussels in white wine jus and a classic lobster roll. The Big Shucker is the format for the table: a full crustacean spread that covers most of the raw bar in one order. Old and new world wines fill the rest of the menu.
