Named after a Bulgarian sheep's milk cheese and serving Mediterranean fondue since 2004, this Hell's Kitchen spot keeps regulars coming back for the meze sampler, halloumi, and the namesake fondue. Kielbasa, baguette, and more cheese than any one table strictly needs. Wine pours well into the evening at the bar, even while the kitchen does full service.
