About Hawksmoor

A British steakhouse set inside the landmarked United Charities Building, with 26-foot vaulted ceilings and a 35-seat bar anchoring the Gramercy room. Dry-aged beef from upstate New York and Georgia farms cooks over Virginia oak charcoal, and bone marrow appears three ways: roasted with slow-cooked onions, grilled alongside the steak, and stirred into the house gravy. On Sundays, the British roast tradition arrives complete: carved rib, Yorkshire pudding, beef-dripping potatoes, and bone-marrow gravy poured tableside.
