Haight-Ashbury, San Francisco · restaurant
Low-lit and compact, with a wine list leaning Italian and a menu focused entirely on Puglia — the southern heel that most Italian restaurants skip. The orecchiette alla cima di rapa tangles with broccoli rabe and breadcrumbs; the puccia is a semolina bread sandwich packed with mozzarella, eggplant, and roasted peppers. Both the burrata and the pizza flour are imported directly from Puglia.
