A low-lit room on Alabama Street where the cocktail menu shifts with what’s at the farmers market. Produce-forward drinking taken as seriously here as anywhere on the West Coast. The Laurel Martini (gin, seasonal herb infusion, fresh laurel leaf) is the calling card, but regulars keep coming back because the list is genuinely different week to week. Walk-ins have better luck Tuesday through Thursday; weekends book out early.
