An elevated bagel shop built around old New York deli aesthetics: dark green booths, globe lights, and green-and-white tile. The bagels come the Texas way, slightly chewier and less dense than a NYC original, stacked for egg sandwiches, lox, or a chicken cutlet sandwich. Doors open at 6:30am and close at 3pm.
