Wings come in lemon pepper, firecracker and a teriyaki-leaning Japanese style, with combos that bring truffle mac and cheese or collard greens alongside. Also of note is the old-school fish sandwich, seasoned whiting strips pressed between white bread with plenty of tartar, two for $12. The whole operation is an open-air stainless steel kitchen under a string of bulbs; it is BYOB, and the fryer can run to 5am.
