A Roman-style pinsa restaurant in Pacific Heights where the cloud-like flatbreads, made from a mixed-grain dough, were named best in the US by Rome's 50 World's Best Pinsa competition. The Prosciutto di San Daniele version with fresh burrata and arugula is the benchmark order, and the shishito peppers with Parmigiano Reggiano are a strong way to start.
