A snug Ethiopian spot on the corner of 9th and Minna where the kitchen does both meat and vegetable dishes equally well. The kitfo comes buttery with tangy housemade cheese, the shuro is a slow chickpea stew built from 15 spices, and the doro tibs run berbere-kissed over injera.
