Edomae omakase in a Koreatown strip mall, with fish flown weekly from Toyosu and served on gold-lacquered plates as an 18-course progression. The sequence moves through seasonal nigiri (aori ika, horse mackerel, aged bluefin) each piece pre-seasoned with house soy sauce. Reservations open every Sunday at 10am for the following week.
