Beneath frescoed ceilings and stained glass at One Wall Street, French technique bends toward the diaspora: cane syrup-glazed duck with tamarind jus, crispy taro fritters, creole cassoulet with Haitian black-eyed peas. The whole menu is dairy- and gluten-free, which you would not guess from the plates.
