Manhattan Beach, Los Angeles · restaurant
A Manhattan Beach darling where the lighting is golden, the Negronis are strong, and everyone looks like they just came from a very photogenic surf session. The wood-fired pizzas blister just right, the pastas are unapologetically rich, and the whole place hums with that polished-but-still-barefoot energy the South Bay does so well. It’s date night central. But the kind where you split a bottle, lean in close, and forget you’re technically in a beach town strip mall.
Off-menu Wagyu burger with aged cheddar and house pickles - only 12 made per day.
Wood-fired with pancetta, potato, rosemary, and a runny duck egg on top.
Creste di gallo with roasted bone marrow, garlic confit, breadcrumbs, and parmesan.
