A traditional Chinese restaurant inside a converted warehouse complex, where the kitchen refuses pre-prepared dishes and earns it - slow wok heat, sauces reduced to a glossy finish, aromatics dropped in at exactly the right moment. The Dan Dan noodles and Chongqing chicken are the signatures, and the room reads clean and composed in a way that feels more East Coast than LA.
