The sleek, minimalist dining room and ladder-access liquor wall feel more like a modern cocktail bar than an Italian restaurant. Then the pasta arrives. The cacio e pepe is the benchmark order, but the rigatoni alla vodka with burrata and Calabrian chiles makes a strong argument for splitting both and calling it a night.
