The Spaghett—an Aperol Spritz poured back into a Miller High Life bottle with the beer riding alongside—lets you know immediately that subtlety is not part of the business model. Wood-fired pizzas come out of a converted 1890s house, with the Hot Boy Summer pie loaded with pepperoni, pepperoncini, and hot honey leading the charge. Vinyl booths, a covered back patio, and cocktails that take Italian liqueurs seriously keep the whole thing running well past dinner.
