A sports bar and sandwich house where the Midwest shows up hard on an otherwise Texas menu. The Haymaker sandwich piles rare roast beef, french fries, gruyere sauce, slaw, tomatoes, and a fried egg onto Texas toast, and the Horseshoe Double Cheeseburger does the same trick with two Angus patties buried under fries and gruyere. It opens early for English Premier League, which tells you something about the crowd before the food does.
