A bright neighborhood bakery built around heirloom organic grains milled fresh on-site, turning out naturally colored loaves in shades of turmeric gold and butterfly-pea blue that have developed a following well beyond the neighborhood. Floor-to-ceiling glass puts the entire process on display, from the stone mill grinding wheat each morning to the racks of freshly baked bread emerging from the ovens.
