One of the country's pioneering vegetarian restaurants, Greens sources produce from Green Gulch Farm, the San Francisco Zen Center's organic farm in Marin. Seasonal salads, fresh rice paper rolls with peanut sauce, and rotating vegetable-forward mains arrive in Fort Mason's soaring dining hall, where floor-to-ceiling windows frame the Golden Gate Bridge and the bay.
