A vegetarian Gujarati restaurant inside the Minnesota Street Project arts complex where the six-course tasting menu moves through blue cheese parathas, Impossible kebabs with garlicky pea shoots, and pani puri spiked with gin in the tamarind-mint water. The almond shortbread nankhatai closes the meal. Reservations recommended, though the bar takes walk-ins on the same menu.
