An Old Pasadena ramen shop centered on tsukemen. Thick, chewy noodles served cold and separate from a bowl of warm, rich tonkotsu dipping broth, so each bite stays at exactly the temperature and ratio you choose. The lineup also runs tonkotsu, chashu, and a truffle ramen at the high end, but the tsukemen format is the reason the shop exists and the order worth placing first.
