SoHo’s big-room brewery where “beer and food” actually means beer and real food, not just pretzel sticks and hype. You’ll find enormous fermenters, long communal tables, and enough outdoor seating (street & tented) to pretend you’re in beer-garden mode even when it’s barely sweater weather. Their core brews run the gamut (pilsners, hazy IPAs, fruited sours), plus a kitchen with sandwiches, burgers, flatbreads and a steak if you want something serious. On busy nights, the taproom hums with mixed crowds. Locals, business folks grabbing dinner, folks sampling flights, parents and pups in tow when the weather’s nice.
