Converted loading docks inside the Factory Place Arts Complex, all brick and open kitchen, with a Northern Italian trattoria menu that has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2019. The Mandilli di Seta (silk handkerchief pasta with Ligurian pesto) is the dish most regulars order first, but the hand-rolled pasta program runs wide, from agnolotti to fresh focaccinas. Dinner books fast; lunch on a weekday is the easier way in.
