A minimalist tea shop where high-elevation oolongs, Taiwanese single-origins, and rare puerhs are brewed gongfu-style at the counter. Measured, unhurried, one cup at a time. The ceramics on the shelves are both for sale and in active use; the bowls you drink from were made for this.
