A wood-fired grill restaurant where NY State grass-fed beef arrives weekly, is butchered in-house, and becomes either a double cheeseburger with grilled onions and dijonnaise or dry-aged prime cuts sold by the ounce. The same live fire handles scallop carpaccio with strawberry and thai basil, wagyu skirt steak, and polenta bread with calabrian chili butter.
Happy hour runs Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun, 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
