A Michelin-starred Italian restaurant on Melrose built around the mozzarella bar, where burrata arrives torn tableside with squash blossoms, stone fruit, or a generous pour of olive oil. The handmade pasta and Grilled Beef Tagliata round out the menu, but the mozzarella bar is why reservations have been hard to get since 2007.
