Four generations of the same North Beach family, hanging cured meats in the window, and a line out the door that's moved the same way since 1896. Molinari is the deli that taught much of the country what Italian cold cuts could be. The Italian Combo (salami, prosciutto, mortadella, coppa, provolone, olives, and roasted peppers on Dutch Crunch) is the order, and their own Molinari-brand salami has been winning gold medals in Italy for decades.
