An Italian kitchen in West Hollywood where the bread is the whole foundation. Schiacciata baked in-house from stone-milled ancient flour, pressed into panini and rectangular Roman pizza that come out dense and olive-oil-crisp. The Rosselini (salame Toscana, wild mushrooms, truffle cream, arugula) and the Diva (mortadella, stracciatella, pistachios, arugula) are the two sandwiches to order, alongside Neapolitan coffee and Italian sodas.
