A pizzeria on the Upper West Side with a rotating case of inventive slices: Cacio E Pepe with pecorino and black pepper, the Upside Down with mozzarella below and sauce on top, Angry Nonna, and Poached Pear. Whole pies also available; the Bufalina is the square, made with fresh buffalo mozzarella. The slices are built for eating on the spot.
