An Argentine parrilla in the heart of the Mission built around a wood-fired asador that chars everything from morcilla to the bone-in Guacho — a 26oz prime ribeye meant for two. Platters arrive family-style: empanadas hot from the oven, ceviches for brightness, chimichurri on every surface.
