An Argentine parrilla in the heart of the Mission built around a wood-fired asador that chars everything from morcilla to the bone-in Guacho, a 26oz prime ribeye meant for two. Platters arrive family-style: empanadas hot from the oven, ceviches for brightness, chimichurri on every surface. Close with alfajores stuffed with dulce de leche, or add bourbon to the house milkshake.
