A wine bar and restaurant with 25 options by the glass, most of them natural, plus a back wine cellar stocked with rare allocated bottles. The full kitchen sends out steak frites au poivre, a double-stack B-Side Burger, and a French toast built on sourdough with duck liver mousse that makes no sense at a wine bar until you're eating it. No reservations: walk in for a Tuesday glass, or book the mezzanine for a private group.
