Austin’s take on a San Sebastián–style pintxos bar tucked inside the Arrive Hotel on East 6th, built around Basque and Andalusian small plates and a serious Spanish wine program. Gildas, carabinero prawns with smoked paprika butter, and an unapologetically luxe ham plate anchor the menu, while porrón pours and a deep Rioja list turn the whole experience into something meant to stretch into a second bottle without much debate.
