A tatami-mat sake bar on Temple Street where the sound system stays lo-fi and the bottle list goes deep into rare nihonshu most LA bars haven't heard of. The food stays focused: karaage, miso butter corn, and Kurobuta sausage — just enough to keep things grounded. Come Thursday through Sunday, stick around past midnight when the music turns up and the more obscure pours start coming out.
