Manhattan's only working whiskey distillery, where grain comes from a single Warwick Valley farm and the Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon is available nowhere else. The tasting room bar runs cocktails all day alongside oysters and New American food, and feels less like a distillery attraction and more like a neighborhood restaurant that happens to make its own spirits in the back.
Happy hour runs Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
