🍸 $11 cocktails featuring Great Jones spirits: the Old Fashioned with brown sugar and bitters, Rye Manhattan, Paper Plane with local aperitivo and lemon, Negroni, Black Dirt Apple Jack Sour with a red wine float, New York Mule, or try the Three Spirit Flight to taste all three of our New York State expressions. 🍽️ Bites from $1-$16: crudo with yellowfin tuna and caper vin, duck croquettes with Calabrian chile aioli, chopped salad with buttermilk dressing, spinach and artichoke dip with toasted anadama bread, fresh oysters with lemon and mignonette (3 pc minimum), or crispy BBQ wings with sweet tangy sauce (3 pc minimum).
Manhattan's only working whiskey distillery, where grain comes from a single Warwick Valley farm and the Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon is available nowhere else. The tasting room bar runs cocktails all day alongside oysters and New American food, and feels less like a distillery attraction and more like a neighborhood restaurant that happens to make its own spirits in the back.
