A wine bar on Mission Street built around bottles from underrepresented producers—orange, pét-nat, skin-contact whites—in a space running on bright pink walls, leopard-print chopsticks, and a retro cake stand stocked with cheese. The Mantis, a permanent pop-up sharing the room, runs creative Vietnamese dishes Thursday through Monday: the bo kho-inspired steak frites and black cod with fish sauce caramel are the ones to order.
