Blue-and-white bistro details, a wraparound bar, and a sunny corner patio give Electric Bleu the feel of a neighborhood French café dropped into California. The menu sticks to the classics—steak au poivre, seasonal oysters, and a Roll Cake by the Inch™ that is, in fact, sold by the inch. Beer and wine only, but the champagne and sparkling selection is extensive enough that nobody seems to miss the cocktails.
