A breakfast-and-lunch spot built on a rotating CDMX-inspired menu, with the CDMX Plate (chilaquiles, scrambled eggs, home potatoes, and concha French toast) as the anchor that regulars order before anything else has a chance to tempt them. The menu shifts week to week, the portions are reliably enormous, and the room fills up fast enough that arriving early is its own form of loyalty.
