Soho, Manhattan ยท bar
A proper British pub on the corner of King and 6th. Guinness on tap, Old Speckled Hen, and a gin program built around G&Ts and a Plymouth Navy Strength martini garnished with a Stilton-stuffed olive. The kitchen goes full British Isles: fish and chips, calves liver, Cornish pasties, and the Stargazey Pie, which arrives with a mackerel head and tail poking through the crust.
Calves liver seared to mahogany and served with bone marrow.
Gin and tonic with a botanical edge, built around gin distilled in the founders hometown
Proper British fish and chips, the pub standard done right at this SoHo spot
