NYC's first 100% sustainable seafood restaurant, where the Thai Lobster Curry (chu chee broth, charred onion, Japanese eggplant) has anchored the menu since the doors opened and has not needed to change. The nightly "Oystergram" happy hour draws a crowd for a reason: half-priced oysters, cold and briny, gone by 6:30. The squid ink spaghetti with shrimp and clam stock is the sleeper hit. Order it before it sells out.
