A Cantonese American restaurant on Manhattan Ave where the hoisin-glazed char siu McRib and XO cheung fun (seared rice noodles with dried scallop sauce and cured pork) are the dishes people return for. The fuyu cacio e pepe mein threads fermented bean curd through a bowl that reads like Italian pasta rerouted through Hong Kong; the long beans with yauh ja gwai in garlic butter are the order to add to everything else.
