A weekend-only corner shop on Diamond Street where every bagel is naturally leavened with sourdough and the grain gets milled in-house — the kind of place that started as a bike-powered garage delivery and only recently found a permanent address. The everything comes with chili flakes baked in, the bialys rotate between pickled jalapéños and caramelized onions, and the bagel dog — a spicy hot link wrapped in chewy dough — is the item regulars circle back for.
