Mission, San Francisco · restaurant
A long, serious bar on 16th Street that stays open until 2am every night, which is the first signal that this isn't a place built for a quick round. The cocktail menu is organized by spirit (classic to inventive) and the Pineapple Sherry (sherries infused with pineapple, layered and smooth) and Horchata Colada hold their own as late-night drinks or early ones. Kitchen runs until midnight, so there's no urgency about when to arrive.
Rotating cocktails by spirit; grapefruit shrubs, sherry, and smoked pear bitters in the mix
Tequila, lime, ginger beer, and cassis. Tart, spiced, and effortless to drink
Gin, fresh lemon, tarragon syrup, and soda, a clean and herbal highball
Crispy fried chicken sandwich with layered flavors
Amontillado sherry, vermouth blanc, banana liqueur, and bitters. A sherry cocktail.
Blend of sherries infused with pineapple. Smooth, layered, house specialty (3oz)
Rum, lemon, bitters, mint, orange zest, creamy horchata — a tropical house original
Japanese whisky, blanc vermouth, amaro, bitters — stirred, slow, and built to linger
