Bummer Camp headlines the Jump Cuts residency at ALPHAVILLE with Book Spirit opening, presented by The New Colossus Festival and Bands Do BK. Doors at 7:30, Bummer Camp hits the stage at 9.
Part dive bar, part live music venue, part restaurant that sells a burger-fries-beer-and-a-shot combo for fifteen dollars and calls it the Bushwick Happy Meal. The bands are up-and-coming, the cocktails are strong and well-made, and the room has that specific energy of a place built by people who grew up on Devo and The Clash.
