Friend Crush headlines a free show at Alphaville with Kind Kid, Pleasure Island, and Stargirl. Doors open at 7pm with music starting at 8pm.
Part dive bar, part live music venue, part restaurant that sells a burger-fries-beer-and-a-shot combo for fifteen dollars and calls it the Bushwick Happy Meal. The bands are up-and-coming, the cocktails are strong and well-made, and the room has that specific energy of a place built by people who grew up on Devo and The Clash.
