A warmly lit Italian-American dining room where the wood-burning hearth at the back of the room sets every dish's logic. Braised short rib, whole roasted chicken, and house-made pastas rotate by season, the cooking is Tuscan-influenced but lighter on ceremony than the address might suggest.
