A tiny oyster bar built on two towers: the classic comes with a dozen on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, clams, mussels and potato chips, and the deluxe adds snow crab, lobster salad, trout roe creme fraiche and pickled mackerel. Order smaller and it is potato chips with anchovies, boiled potatoes with horseradish, and an Original Martini with a lemon twist. The room is small enough that either way it feels like an occasion on a Tuesday.
