A small jiaozi counter in the Sunset with 12 types of boiled dumplings served 14 to an order, a full meal rather than a side. The mushroom-and-fish is the one regulars keep coming back for, and the spicy beef noodle soup is the natural companion on the other side of the two-page menu.
