Woodhul Wine Bar keeps things easy but dialed in—wines from all over and a build-your-own charcuterie board where you can steer the whole spread. In warmer months the front windows fold open, and the staff actually talks you through the list, which helps when it jumps from Europe to South Africa to both coasts. It lands somewhere between neighborhood hang and low-key wine education, without making a thing of it.
