A family-run barbecue spot where the brisket is heavily seasoned, slow-smoked, and good enough to make the sauce moot. The room has a cookout-at-someone's-house warmth to it, and the sides - mac and cheese, potato salad, pinto beans - hold their own alongside the meat. Recommended: brisket, pork ribs, mac and cheese.
