Vin on Rose turned the space next door into a compact cheese and tinned fish shop—pick a tin, add crackers and pickles, then take it all to the patio with a glass of wine. The sandwich menu holds its own, too, from jamon beurre and duck rillette bánh mì to a French onion grilled cheese that gives the cheese counter another reason to exist.
